Job Details Job Location: Southfield , MI Education Level: High School Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am Description Be the first line of contact for site issues or employee issues during your assigned shift hours. “On Call”/”Networking” attitude for all issues or call-offs for sites. Ensure that all rules and policies of Patriot Security Enterprise and the client are always adhered to. Oversee day to day operations of assigned shift/site(s). Assisting in the interview process Train Security Officers on process and procedures Assist Field Manager/Vp of Operations with performance issue or disciplines of Security Officers (TIMELY DOCUMENTATION IS A MUST!) Develop a trusted advisor relationship with each account, client, employee, and internal team member. Assist in turning in security officer timesheets to designee of PSE for timely processing of payroll. Maintain visibility by conducting regular account sites visits. Set of site visits during week and a set during the weekend. Ability to "jump in" a Security Officer role due to shortage. Meaning fill in to cover sites/post when other coverage cannot be found, or OT request is denied. Must submit a ‘tentative’ schedule for following weeks activities by Wednesday 5pm. Submit site check summary next day by 5pm. Submit pictures of officers during site check in ‘leadership’ chat on Whatsapp or place designated. Must have a positive attitude and TEAMwork mentality. Ability to ‘think outside the box’ to address issues. Must have GOOD communication skills both verbally and written Qualifications Must be have at least 2-3 years of security supervision or management experience Must be willing to train staff and up hold company standers Must have a valid drivers license Must have or be willing to get a CPL Must be willing to travel when required. Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
