QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in construction, road construction, or a related permitting sector, combined with several years of relevant experience. Alternatively, experience in operational project freight forwarding or heavy haulage trucking is also considered valuable
• Good understanding of road modifications, including technical and commercial aspects
• Experience with CAD or similar tools is beneficial
• Experience in interacting with relevant authorities or road construction companies
• Project management skills with an ability to act as an effective intermediary between stakeholders
• Diplomatic approach to communication, ensuring clarity of goals for all involved partiesProficiency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are advantageous depending on the geographical location of the project

• Conduct early assessments of road surveys for oversized transports to project sites, identifying feasibility and potential bottlenecks
• Evaluate and assess road modification proposals for various routes outlined in the road survey
• Participate in site visits to ensure thorough evaluation
• Monitor the implementation of road modifications and address short-term changes by coordinating with authorities and subcontractors
• Provide guidance to transport execution teams on leveraging synergies across multiple projects
• Maintain a clear understanding of Vestas’ contractual scope and ensure regular alignment with project teamsSupport the tendering phase to secure optimal service packages from existing suppliers. Assist in identifying and developing new suppliers
