Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for overall assembly process at Roadm product lines (ACD and NSD) from Fuzhou, as well as on the operation of the new Chemical Pretreatment Room. ​To assist engineers to maintain process and quality standard, procedures and control plan ​To assist engineers in engineering builds, activities and data collection. ​Monitoring line processes, improving quality and updating process instructions and documentation ​Support in assembly manufacturing documentation like Process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes and work instructions ​To provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot build to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources. ​Identify and quantifies quality problems with materials and / or processes and provide solutions ​Responsible for process and product yields of the mechanical assembly and test process. ​Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers. ​Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule ​Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time. Education & Experience A Bachelor or Diploma in Science/ Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical, or its equivalents, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in electronic manufacturing sector. Skills Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge ​Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude. ​Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company. ​Experience working in high mix and high volume manufacturing environment, and/or assembly, SMT, PCBA manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. ​Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage Willing to work shift. Working Conditions This role is 100% onsite.
