Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity     This is an exciting opportunity for a Roadmarking Operations Supervisor to take charge and shape outcomes by making informed decisions. You will be part of a dynamic team undertaking both the installation of new markings and maintenance marking throughout the Auckland and Whangarei regions. This role will include responsibilities such as: * Planning, organising, monitoring, directing and controlling the activities and operations of road works * Ensuring efficient use of resources, materials, supplies and equipment * On-site management and supervision of a crews including training and developing crew members * Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and all targets (safety, quality, productivity and profit) are met * Lead and champion health and safety objectives   Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills  You will bring with you an understanding of industry best practices with a focus on safety, quality and the environment.
