Job Description We are looking for a Roadside Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you oversee roadside operations, ensure service quality, and manage escalations in real time to deliver a seamless customer experience. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You monitor roadside assistance cases in real time to ensure high service standards and fast response times across markets You manage escalations efficiently, coordinating solutions with internal teams and external partners You analyze partner performance and service quality to maintain global operational standards You identify service gaps and drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience during roadside incidents You collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and global stakeholders to optimize operational workflows You support the After Claims Customer Service team with case follow-ups and operational insights YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience: Customer service experience with a focus on Roadside Assistance or similar operational environments Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional data and dashboards (experience with fraud systems is a plus) Organizational Skills: Proactive working style with the ability to prioritize effectively and keep customer needs at the center of every decision Technical Affinity: Comfortable working with operational systems, dashboards, and performance tracking tools Working Style: Willingness to work 100% remotely and in a 24/7 shift model.
