Job Description
AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator for our team to be based in either our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON.
This is a full time role expected to begin as soon as possible.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering + 2 years experience on MTO projects or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 4 years experience on MTO projects
  • OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required.
  • Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with CMS
  • Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts
Responsibilities
  • Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFI’s and change orders.
  • Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
  • Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
  • Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
  • Monitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress.
