Multi-state design firm is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for their team in Colorado Springs! Responsibilities: Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets Track/monitor project progress to manage financial budget and schedule Manage complex contract negotiations Assemble/manage project teams Serve as primary contact for clients/team Manage change requests/implement strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project Review work to ensure high-quality work is performed Build/maintain client relationships Document all project deliverables/maintain project records (correspondence, design plans, and other related files) Mentor/train junior staff Ensure regulations are followed and enforce safety standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 8+ years of highway/municipal design experience 3+ years of project management experience Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control PE License Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D Salary is commensurate with experience.
