B&N Roadway Section Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise and populate the Georgia Roadway Section including utilization, profitability, growth and marketing, talent management, recruiting, coaching and mentoring
  • Plan, manage, execute, and deliver roadway engineering design projects on-time, on budget, and to the performance expectations of the client
  • Create and monitor scopes of work and budgets for various roadway, design projects for GDOT and local public agencies
  • Monitor all financial aspects of the project including invoicing, budget status, accounts receivable, and monthly reports
  • Develop and implement business development growth plan for the Roadway Section including client relations and proposal development

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited program in civil engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Georgia
  • 20+ years of related transportation design with project and staff management experience
  • Ability to motivate project teams in meeting client’s needs while maintaining budget objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with experience maintaining client relationships
