Description
Position Summary The Technician supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of roadway electrical infrastructure including traffic signals, highway lighting, ITS systems, and underground conduit systems. This role works under the direction of a Foreman or Licensed Electrician and is responsible for executing field tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) standards. Technicians are hands-on contributors who play a key role in project execution while developing trade skills in both electrical and civil aspects of roadway infrastructure construction.
