ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Roaming Catering Assistant to provide flexible cover across our school catering operations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food service and hygiene while creating a welcoming environment for students and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Travel to various school sites in the Crewe & Nantwich area to provide cover (must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle)
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cold food and sandwiches
• Handle till operations and take customer payments
• Deliver excellent front-of-house service including table clearing and customer interaction
• Assist with stock rotation and restocking
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in both kitchen and dining areas (sweeping, mopping, general housekeeping)
• Be flexible and willing to learn – full training and e-learning support provided
