Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Robot Assembler to assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production schedules. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Duties/Responsibilities: · Assemble mechanical parts, components, and assemblies using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions · Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively · Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy · Read and interpret technical drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) · Perform adjustments, alignments, and basic troubleshooting during assembly · Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines · Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly issues · Record production and quality data as required · Meet daily production targets and deadlines · Assist with packaging, testing, and shipping preparation when needed · Complete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner. · Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude when dealing with internal and external customers. · Participate in year-end inventory projects as required. · Be available to work additional hours when required. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: · Ability to read measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers · Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components · Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions · Strong attention to detail and quality standards Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred) · 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or warehouse position (preferred) Physical Requirements: · Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials · Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. · Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Responsibilities
