QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and competent English-speaking Team Leader to oversee robotic cleaning operations and data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and upskilling a team of cleaners in managing a fleet of cleaning robots and leveraging data to optimize cleaning performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Robotics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in robotics management and data analysis in an operational environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and train teams effectively in English.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The Team Leader must not be deployed as a replacement for operational cleaning staff on any shift.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• The RFMT Leader may be required to work occasional third shifts and weekends; however, he is not expected to perform his regular shift on those days.
