ROBOT SERVICE MANAGER

Job Description: The Robot Service Manager oversees Daxbot’s Repair Department, its processes, and maximizes efficiency while ensuring performance, volume, quality, and budget goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated Leadership and/or Management Experience
• Robotics experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills

• Manage the day-to-day operations for repair department including robot maintenance, staffing levels, and inventory
• Manage a field repair strategy to support Daxbot’s robot fleet
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to avoid service impacting failures
• Report KPIs for subordinate staff
• Create or maintain testing systems and equipment
• Manage implementation of engineering change orders including approval, rollout and documentation
• Report and manage metrics for robot and system level MTTR and MTBF
• Maintain a safety-first culture by only using safe work practices
• 10% travel required (a total of approx. 2 weeks in a 4-month period)
