We are looking for a Robot Technician to join our Finland Operations team in our Espoo hub and play an essential part in our mission to provide the world with affordable and environment-friendly deliveries.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an initial 12-month contract. Please note that you will be hired through a staffing agency that we have a partnership with. As an employee working through the staffing agency, you will be integrated into our company culture and will work closely with our team members.

BENEFICIAL SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in Technical Support and with any service desk application
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, CLI tools, and scripting
  • Hobby projects in electronics or mechanics
  • Previous experience in managing a large fleet of devices

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots through daily maintenance and repair tasks
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the causes of faults or problems and systematically develop a solution to prevent/solve underlying issues
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and infrastructure
  • Supporting our Operational Service team when needed
  • Accurately documenting all tasks/partner or internal messaging related to service concerns or robot-related issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized hub
  • Work with our engineering team to identify any potential improvements regarding robot health and design
