Robot Welder / Welding Operator
For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a motivated candidate for the position of robot welder / welding operator. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting a welding robot, as well as manually welding parts the robot cannot reach.
What will you do?
Set up and operate welding robots (MIG/MAG)
Place products into the machine
Inspect welds and manually weld areas the robot cannot reach
Monitor the welding process and make manual adjustments when necessary
Perform basic programming tasks (training will be provided)
Conduct quality checks on welded products
Carry out daily maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and equipment
What do we expect from you?
Experience with MIG/MAG welding is required
Experience with robot welding is a strong plus, but not mandatory
You are technically inclined and a quick learner
You can speak and understand sufficient English or Dutch
You work with precision and pay attention to detail
Willingness to work in day or two-shift systems
A driving license (category B) is a plus due to travel to work
