THE ROLE

We are seeking a Casual Retail Assistant / Robot Repair Technician to join our Jandakot team. This role is ideal for university students, casual workers, or semi-retired people looking for flexible work. Availability is required between 8:30am and 5:00pm on nominated days, and we are happy to work around your other commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
• Learn and develop technical skills in robotic pool cleaner operation and repair
• Assist with sales of robotic pool cleaners and accessories
• Receive and process stock deliveries and repairs
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Carry out robotic pool cleaner diagnostics and repairs (training provided)
