POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Automation Developer is responsible for building and maintaining automations related to health care operations. Collaborates with team to transform business process requirements into high performing automations with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities As Assigned:
1. Utilizes industry-leading automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and/or Microsoft to build, test, deploy, and maintain efficient and scalable automation solutions
2. Leads the identification of automation use cases, related impact and benefits realization, in coordination with operational leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Works collaboratively with the team and operational SMEs to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions.
4. Designs, develops, documents, refines, tests, and deploys automation solutions utilizing the most appropriate technologies (RPA, API, OCR, etc.) and techniques including but is not limited to REFramework, managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling
5. Minimizes automation downtime through monitoring and maintenance
6. Maintains project plan and priority status for all projects to ensure that timelines and milestones are met
7. Contributes to the establishment and management of automation program procedures and standards including but not limited to sprints, standups, coding documentation, testing, deployment, hypercare and quality assurance
