Description
We’re looking for an RPA Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions based on clearly defined business processes. You’ll work with tools like UiPath, Playwright, and Zapier to streamline workflows across web apps and SaaS platforms, ensuring automations are reliable, secure, and easy to maintain. This role partners closely with operations and leadership in a fast-moving healthtech environment to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Work directly with leadership in a fast-moving healthtech startup Opportunity to build deep expertise in process automation, systems optimization, and operational efficiency What You’ll Work On Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions based on clearly defined SOPs Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains Develop, test, and maintain automations using UiPath, Playwright, Zapier, or equivalent tools Integrate automations with existing web apps, SaaS tools, and internal systems Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed workflows Document automation logic and maintain clear technical documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements Ensure automations meet security, data privacy, and compliance standards Participate in regular team check-ins and project updates What You Bring 3+ years of experience in RPA or automation engineering roles Hands-on experience with UiPath (or similar platforms such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere) Experience with browser automation and workflow tools (e.g., Playwright, Zapier) Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or C# Understanding of business process automation and reengineering Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic SQL Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code Strong organization, time management, and communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects Nice to Have Background in Healthtech or SaaS Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments RPA-related certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing how you stay organized and manage competing priorities Only complete applications that include both a resume and Loom video will be reviewed.
