We are looking for motivated, energetic people to join our dynamic Team! Requirements Position Summary Safely and efficiently weld quality parts according to job instructions. Operator must be pro-active in writing the simplest program to achieve the desired results in order to maintain efficiency within the welding department.NOTE: The Company agrees that this position is NOT eligible to work from home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program, touch up points, set-up, operate, and train employees on department equipment. Detect faulty operations/defects and fix accordingly. Create the simplest program to weld parts efficiently and to HYDAC standards. Perform duties as directed by the supervisor and lead personnel. Load and unload fixtures with the product being welded. Confirm when production orders are complete. Maintain Equipment. Skills and Attributes Understand and apply welding techniques. Work quick and skillfully with hands. Operate welding equipment with skill. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Education and Experience High School diploma or GED required. 2-4 years' experience in Industrial Aluminum Welding Safety and Personal Protective Equipment Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location. Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.
