With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have Robotic Welder Repair Technicians join our team. Immediate openings on all shifts. Robotic Welder Repair Technician Job Description: * Troubleshooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines. * Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities. * Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding. * Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics. * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits. * Weld fixture gauging. * Building maintenance as required. * Machining, welding, and fabricate as required. Robotic Welder Repair Technician Requirements: * Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welder Repair Technician. * Must be highly motivated and dependable * Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company. * Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Motoman robots a plus.
