Currently, we have an immediate full-time opening for Robotic Welding Supervisor position on 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed on Saturday (8 hour shift).

Essential Job Functions:

• Meets rates for jobs daily.
• Can trouble shoot and maintain welding machine.
• Use of tow motor.
• Understands customer concerns and the importance of visual inspection of the parts.
• Work well with others.

Job Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen initially and thereafter if selected for a random drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Basic math skills required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work overtime
• Requires repetitive, continuous movement
• Report to work each day, on time, as scheduled
• Previous robotic welding experience required
