Who we are looking for: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Robotic Welding Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MIG welding and robotic welding operations, a strong eye for quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who can: Operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding equipment during production runs. Load and unload metal parts into robotic welding fixtures, ensuring proper positioning and alignment. Perform visual inspections of welds and parts to verify quality and remove weld spatter when necessary. Conduct daily equipment checks and follow all safety and operational protocols. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings. Follow standardized work instructions and complete accurate production documentation. Identify and report material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors immediately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. Work independently with minimal supervision while following verbal and written instructions. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet daily goals and quality standards. Perform all other duties as assigned.
