If you’re looking for a career to grow and excel, apply now! Position Overview: We are hiring a Robotic Welding Operator / MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating robotic welding systems and performing MIG welding (GMAW) to produce high-quality metal components in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with robotic welding, MIG welding, and metal fabrication, along with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Essential Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding systems during production runs Load and unload metal parts into robotic welding fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and positioning Perform MIG welding (GMAW) support tasks and assist with weld production as needed Inspect welds and finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects, removing weld spatter when required Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete production documentation accurately Perform daily equipment checks and preventative maintenance on robotic welding equipment Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing work area Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to en sure efficiency and quality standards Support additional welding and fabrication tasks as needed Perform all other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with robotic welding or MIG welding (GMAW) preferred Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong attention to detail and quality Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
