DESCRIPTION:

• Technician, SE Robot Team
• Support and lead digital factory updates (Delmia C3/AutoCad/MS office )
• Study Z1/Z2 welding processes for feasibility
• Estimate robotic welding process cycle time
• Create 3D concept welding equipment and end ofarm tooling models
• Work across multiple data formats to develop robot welding strategies
• Offline robot teaching using digital engineering software
• Support Engineering for Bodyweld model change activities
• Create documentation in support of offline and onsite robot teaching activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 year technical degree (A.S.) or equivalent work experience
• Experience in manufacturing and/or robotics
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Highly proficient with MS excel
• 3D design software experience (i.e. CATIA, DELIMA, SOLIDWORKS )

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MS SharePoint experience, VB or VBA experience
• Automated robotic welding (spot/arc) and robotic material handling teaching or offline data preparation experience
