JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing, testing, and mechanical design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in robotics systems development, including mechanical design using CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, NX), and software development in C++ and Python. You will play a key role in the full lifecycle of robotic systems — from concept, design, and prototyping to testing and manufacturing support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in robotics or automation, with a focus on manufacturing and testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software: Creo, SolidWorks, and/or Siemens NX.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
  • Experience with system integration, motion control, and sensor interfacing.
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
  • Experience with robotic arms, AGVs, or industrial automation systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

    Pay: $120,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robotic systems and subsystems for manufacturing environments.
  • Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and assemblies using Creo, SolidWorks, or Siemens NX.
  • Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate hardware and control systems.
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures for robotic components and systems.
  • Write and maintain software in C++ and Python for robotic control, automation, and testing.
  • Support the transition of designs from prototype to production, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform system-level testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and software issues during development and testing phases.
  • Document design changes, test results, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
