POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Controllers and modules for engine and vehicle control systems
• Electrical/mechanical parts for ignition, fuel, emissions systems
• Engineered Solutions for Original equipment, industrial, marine, and heavy-duty applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Titles to look for: Robotic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer
• Entry level to 3-5 Years experience would be fine to go.
• Would look at more experience but they are stuck on the salary, no flex due to internal Equity.
• Work will be done 40% on Floor and 60% in office working on Design, Test, and Program
• Robots, New Design/Concepts/Automation Programs, Design Reviews, Ordering Equipment
• They will look at people that don’t have LabView so they can train them on it
• The robots they will work on is mainly for Purge Valves and Map sensors but there are other products as well
• They can start someone ASAP and he will give me quick feedback and interview times
• They do very little with PLC’s so that isn’t a requirement, but they are putting in Beckhoff
• PLC’s so if someone had that experience, it would be a plus.
• They will be working on 2-3 Robots at a time (Epson but will look at any other Robot)
• They also use small robots called Mechademic Robots
• They are going to be ordering 20-30 more robots as well in the near future.
• They will also be replacing Automated Cells
• Manager said he will look at people with no degrees
• They will be working in a Process Lab as well
• Automated test and controls
• LabVIEW programming
• OrCAD Schematic Software
• Robot Programming (Epson Robots a plus)
• Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision

  Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
