Experience Required: 9+ years in RPA (UiPath)

REQUIREMENTS

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development, preferably in Telecom.
• Proficiency in UiPath Developer Studio & Orchestrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re seeking a seasoned RPA UiPath Developer Programmer to join our team in New Zealand on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in UiPath automation and a solid understanding of Telecom industry practices. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting project delivery from end to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine tailored RPA strategies.
• Configure and document efficient, maintainable RPA workflows.
• Develop test procedures and support UAT and rollout phases.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing RPA processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to process improvement.
• Communicate risks and support change management activities.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
