    We are seeking a Real-Time Robotics Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team which spans mechanical, electrical, materials, robotics, AI, and software engineering. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent robotic systems that learn from experience and operate in dynamic, real-world environments. You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing the systems that power our autonomous earth construction robots.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong foundation in control theory, optimization, and signal processing.
  • Experience profiling and optimizing real-time systems with latency constraints.
  • Familiarity with hardware interfaces, sensors, and actuators.
  • Passion for robotics and autonomous systems that learn from experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning applied to physical systems.
  • Background in machine learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with simulation environments.
  • Exposure to construction robotics or heavy machinery automation.
