Job Description As a Robotics Field Robotics Engineer, you provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal performance and reliability of robotic systems. You diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment while acting as a key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring high service quality and system uptime. Reports to: Local Service Manager / Head of Services North America Responsibilities and Objectives: Field Service & Customer Support Provide on-site repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and programming support Diagnose robotic systems and resolve issues efficiently Restore system operation and ensure customer satisfaction Support commissioning and emergency interventions Remote Support & Hotline Provide technical support via phone and email Manage customer hotline requests Guide customers through troubleshooting and resolution remotely Service Execution & Reporting Document activities in CRM Provide detailed service reports Track system performance and issues Coordination & Improvement Coordinate with service management and teams Provide feedback for continuous improvement Support knowledge sharing Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field 3+ years experience in robotics or industrial automation Strong robot programming and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Strong communication and customer interaction skills Willingness to travel up to 75% Fluent English speaker Additional Information Work schedule: Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 75%)
