Work Flexibility: Field-based Due to continued and rapid growth, we are accepting applications for the Robotic Clinical Specialist position within our Joint Replacement teams in Rockhampton, QLD! The successful applicant will be involved in some travel across regional QLD, including Mackay. This role will suit people with a passion for improving patient outcomes, technology and who has work/study experience in the healthcare space. We would consider recent graduates in health/biomedical/medical/engineering fields, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, fitness trainers, sports physiologists, healthcare workers... if you're interested in how the human anatomy works, this could be the role for you! The Role: Be the ‘go-to’ person in complex knee or hip operations by providing technical and clinical specialist expertise to our customers Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products Provide segmentation and planning of Mako cases by using software to prepare preoperative CT data Skills and Experience: We will provide extensive training about the Mako robot so you can be fully equipped for consulting in surgical procedures - no specific experience required, just a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes! These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
