Our culture celebrates diverse perspectives and supports your growth through intentional development, strong leadership, and opportunities to make a real difference Job Description What You’ll Do You drive sales of all Vention’s solutions in a specific territory (France/Benelux), with particular focus on applications and complex projects You develop further a customer focused network of channel partners, including onboarding and continuous management of the relationship You will own and drive all aspects of the deals assigned to you from prospecting (Inbound / outbound), qualifying, building proposals and closing stages of an opportunity. You will lead project discoveries for qualified Automation projects and act as the main point of contact for these projects. You will maximize assigned territory and help grow sales within territory You will excel in coordinating the work with Vention Application Engineers as well as the Applications and Deployment teams to manage the development of projects You collaborate with the company senior executives, applications, deployment and automation teams to develop and productize applications You train and educate members of the Vention sales teams on technical selling of application products Traveling : 30% of the time Qualifications What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for skills, intellect, and experiences that will help you succeed in this role but we also know that various profiles (not only the one described below) could be successful. You bring 5+ years experience in automation, or robotics sales You preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering Fluent in French and English (written & spoken) You have strong communication skills and at ease presenting to clients You combine business and technical acumen with a strong focus on customer success You showed the ability to work in a fast-paced environment You have a deep interest in innovation, robotics and AI Additional Information What We Offer Professional Development: Be part of our growth journey – with real opportunities for advancement and career development.
