JOB DESCRIPTION

  • You drive sales of all Vention’s solutions in a specific territory, with particular focus on applications and complex projects for Enterprise customers.
  • You will own and drive all aspects of the deals assigned to you from prospecting (Inbound / outbound), qualifying, building proposals and closing stages of an opportunity.
  • You partner with BDRs and Inside Sales teams to develop business. You are equally comfortable creating your own business to ensure a balanced portfolio.
  • You build trusted relationships with the Channel team and contribute to the success of the program via your commercial work. You are skilled in working with Robot Alliance Partners and Systems Integrators.
  • You will lead project discoveries for qualified Automation projects and act as the main point of contact for these projects.
  • You have a tried and tested sales and qualification methodology that equips you to consistently excel.
  • You will maximize assigned territory (Accounts / Product line) and help grow sales within territory
  • You will excel in coordinating the work with Vention Application Engineers as well as the Systems Architect and Deployment teams to manage the development of projects
  • You collaborate with the company senior executives, applications, deployment and automation teams to develop and productize applications
  • You train and educate members of the Vention sales teams on technical selling of application products
  • Traveling : 30% of the time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You bring 4+ years experience in automation, or robotics sales
  • You preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
  • You have strong communication skills and at ease presenting to clients at all levels of seniority
  • You combine business and technical acumen with a strong focus on customer success
  • You show the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a deep interest in innovation, robotics and AI
  • A remarkable track record of achievement
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial builder who is comfortable with change and ambiguity, who is capable of building scale via being a skilled collaborator and consensus maker.
