Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Technician to support and maintain our robotic and automated systems. This role involves programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and product quality. Key Responsibilities Modify and program computer-controlled robotic movements. Build and assemble robotic devices and automation systems. Maintain inventory of production supplies (e.g., sensors, cables). Develop robotic path motions and 3D simulations for process optimization. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems. Maintain detailed service records and documentation. Train team members on robotic operation and maintenance. Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools. Key Responsibilities Modify and program computer-controlled robotic movements. Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools. Essential Functions Troubleshoot robotic systems using knowledge of PLCs, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and sensor systems. Test robotic assemblies using diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, voltmeters, etc.). Install, program, and repair robotic controllers, end-of-arm tools, and conveyors. Disassemble and reassemble robotic systems to replace or repair components (e.g., circuit boards, sensors, servomotors). Evaluate and calibrate robotic systems for optimal performance and reliability. Operate robots for specialized tasks such as environmental cleanup or safety operations. Qualifications Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial maintenance required. Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and robotic systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read technical diagrams and perform complex system repairs. Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
