JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable technician with a mechanical engineering background to join our robotics maintenance and quality control team. The primary responsibility will be measuring robot components using provided tools, recording results accurately on standardized forms, and ensuring all data meets quality standards.
If part time the salary will be calculated by hours which is $12/hour, working place will be in the warehouse and on the vessels, working hours can be adjusted based on your schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in mechanical measurement, QC inspection, or machining is a plus.
SKILLS:
Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, etc.).
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
Physical Requirement: Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 kg.
Perform precise measurements of robotic components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
Record measurements and inspection results in company-provided forms or digital systems.
Follow work instructions, checklists, and quality control standards.
Safely handle and lift parts weighing up to 20 kg.
Report any deviations, defects, or nonconformities to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and measurement tools.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
