Upside Robotics is hiring a full-time Robotics Technician to join our Waterloo-based team building and servicing smart robotic systems for the agriculture industry. This role combines hands-on shop work with on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics at farms across Ontario.
We’re looking for someone who’s technically skilled, curious, and ready to grow with a fast-paced start-up where your ideas and work have real impact.

• Assemble and test robotic systems at our Waterloo facility
• Travel to farms to perform diagnostics, repairs, and system upgrades
• Conduct root cause analysis on failures and suggest improvements
• Support commissioning, field validation, and real-world performance testing
• Collaborate with engineers to improve hardware reliability and maintainability
• Maintain service records and participate in continuous improvement
