REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of robotics platforms, coding, and electronics.
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in robotics, engineering, or STEM education.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and inspiring students.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Scratch is a plus.
• Degree or certification in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or related field preferred.

• Design and deliver engaging robotics training sessions for students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Teach core concepts in robotics, coding, and engineering using platforms such as LEGO® Education, Arduino, VEX, or similar systems.
• Guide students in problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking through robotics projects.
• Prepare students for competitions and exhibitions by coaching them in building, programming, and presenting robotics solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance STEM learning programs and develop new curricula.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
