YOUR TASKS Lead and develop the Robust Verification team, building capabilities, coaching engineers, and creating a high‑performance culture. Define and own the overall verification strategy (DVP&R, DV/PV execution, environmental & reliability tests, EMC, durability). Ensure design robustness through strong alignment with Systems, Hardware, Software, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. Represent the function in customer meetings, design reviews, and program milestones. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development and strong background in verification/reliability testing. Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams. Experience with APQP/PPAP, FMEA. Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistical tools (DOE, Weibull, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
