The Position 主要工作目标治疗领域经理负责管理内外部资源，服务客户，传递产品科学信息，收集需求和反馈，最终提高患者获益。主要职责/责任规范诊疗 1.基于公司相关产品策略，介绍罗氏产品的关键信息，使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识 2.基于公司疾病领域相关策略，传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息，促进医生制定规范治疗方案运用专业知识，助力生态圈内诊断准确度的提升学科建设 1.访问临床及病理医生，按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结、分析和反馈 2.组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议，推动建立治疗领域治疗规范疾病全程管理支持协助患者解决方案经理，关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化岗位所需胜任力 • 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识；3年以上医药行业工作经验 • 良好学习能力，业务敏锐度；较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力 • 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维) • 既往有销售/市场/医学经验，跨职能工作经验为佳教育程度/所获资格证书 •医学或药学相关本科及以上学历 •在试用期内通过RDPAC考试；在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate. Responsibilities
