EHS Hospitality Group – We are seeking a seasoned General Managers, Managers, and Executive Chef to run a full-service, fun Sports Bar restaurant with a strong kitchen management background and bar experience and outstanding guest relations skills.

This General Manager will be responsible for managing a 150+ seat restaurant with 3 years General Manager experience of managing a restaurant overseeing both the Kitchen operation during rush period as well as overseeing the Front of the House.
Great quality of life closes at 10pm and 11PM on weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall job functions for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Lead, develop, and schedule staff
• Drive and achieve sales goals
• Supervision of other Front and Back of the House Managers
• Coordination of Special party events.
• Insuring of Out Standing customer relations and training of all the front and back of the house employees.
• Excellent cost control skills.
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
