Description CLASSIFICATION: Exempt REPORTS TO: Pastor Willie George & Pastor Gabriel George DATE CREATED/LAST UPDATED: June 2026 MUST DO Responsible for hosting guests of Rocker W Ranch, ensuring a welcoming environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Host guests of RW Ranch in all activities, except for hunting. Oversee guest check-in and check-out. Work with food service personnel regarding mealtimes and set up; host meals and ensure coffee, water, and snacks are stocked and available for guests. Oversee non-hunting recreational activities, including but not limited to fishing tackle and bait, campfires, ax-throwing, etc. Take pictures of hunters and trophies, and of guests participating in activities. Coordinate procurement of hunting licenses, taxidermy orders/deposits, and meat processing orders. Schedule contract cleaning service, manage trash service, and maintain the laundry room, ensuring environments are cleaned to the Rocker W standards. Ensure A/C and hot water systems are operational and repair if needed. Collaborate with the Willie George Ministries Facilities Department for service needs. Collaborate with other staff to help maintain a security presence at the ranch. Monitor severe weather and alert guests as needed. Requirements REQUIREMENTS Experience in restaurant/hotel management or church leadership ministry preferred Knowledge of A/C, electrical, and hot water systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair Proficient with technology Good oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow through on a wide variety of tasks with consistency and attention to detail WORK SCHEDULE · 40 hours per week · Must live on-site in provided housing (one-bedroom spacious apartment)
