The Rodman Early Childhood Program is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as our building substitute for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualified candidates will have prior work experience with children in early childhood (ages 3-5).

A successful building substitute will:

- Be highly flexible and adaptable
- Possess a strong ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field
