Position Overview:
As a Rogers Account Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our sales and customer service team, serving as a primary point of contact for our valued, and new, Rogers customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their telecommunications requirements. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities of our Rogers Account Associate:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and current customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and support needs throughout the sales process
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their telecommunications needs, preferences, and inquiries
- Recommend and promote products, services, and solutions that align with customer’s needs and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of customer issues
- Manage customer accounts, including processing sales, handling billing inquiries, and resolving account-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay informed about Rogers’ latest products, services, and promotions to educate and inform customers, as necessary effectively
- Monitor customer usage and trends, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
Rogers Account Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field if highly desirable, but not required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management if preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly
