Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support through face to face meetings, phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
  • Resolve customer inquiries across a wide range of needs – from products and installations to billing, subscriptions, and account services – with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by navigating multiple channels to find effective solutions.
  • Deliver personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs, ensuring they get the most out of their Rogers services.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and recommending upgrades and new promotions that add value.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Recognize potential new business opportunities to support both the customer and company growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Represent the Rogers brand with professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction.
