Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers directly and actively listen to their wireless needs and preferences
  • Present and explain wireless products, plans, devices, and promotions clearly and confidently
  • Demonstrate devices and services to highlight their benefits and features
  • Help customers select and purchase wireless solutions tailored to their lifestyle and budget
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in our POS system
  • Follow all compliance and brand guidelines to represent our client professionally
  • Collaborate with Rogers Sales Associate team members to share insights and contribute to a positive sales environment
  • Stay informed on current promotions and new product launches to provide up-to-date recommendations
