QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS FOR THE ROGERS SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a desire for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver high levels of customer engagement and retention.
  • Demonstrates integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Comfortable working with individuals from various backgrounds and collaborating in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment.
