About the Assignment We are looking for experienced consultants to support a large-scale application onboarding initiative within a recently implemented Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. The objective is to onboard business applications into Saviynt, enabling centralised identity lifecycle management, access governance, and automation. We are seeking either: Two consultants with complementary skill sets, or One consultant capable of covering both technical and functional responsibilities. Start: September 2026 (flexible) Location: Remote with occasional travel. The project team is distributed across Europe, with key stakeholders based in Paris and Gothenburg. Some travel, particularly during the initial onboarding phase, is expected. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate onboarding activities for applications entering the Saviynt platform. Gather and document business and technical requirements from application owners. Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and teams. Ensure required application data, ownership, and access models are collected and validated. Support planning, documentation, testing, and go-live activities. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team. Required Experience Experience working with Saviynt implementation or application onboarding projects. Strong Business Analyst or Project Coordination background. Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholders. Good understanding of Identity Governance, access management, and application lifecycle. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience within IAM or cybersecurity projects. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For Successful candidates will have: Previous experience working with the Saviynt platform. Experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or Identity & Access Management (IAM). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a distributed international team. Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the onboarding of business applications into the Saviynt IGA platform. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements and validate access models.
