Valiant is looking for a Role Play Cage Data Collector Work Group Leader (WGL) to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Data Collection Work Group Leader is tasked with supervision of all Role Play Data Collectors. * Supervises all actions concerning data collection. * Signs in and out vehicles, document production, and operation of the radio base station. * Supervises a variety of office, clerical, and routine housekeeping functions associated with dispatch and data collection operations. * Assigns, issues, tracks, recovers and accounts for sensitive items of equipment and vehicles. * Summarizes all information collected into daily reports. * Forwards daily reports using an established distribution list on time. * Frequently transmits, receives, and logs information received from telephone, cellular, and portable radio system communications. * Routinely performs basic computing, e-mailing, filing, copying, alphabetizing and telephone answering duties. * Is capable of speaking publicly and training data collectors. * Routinely uses military forms. * Routinely uses military maps. * Conducts monthly performance evaluations of subordinate workers. * Rotates shift work between both day or night shifts as required. * All other duties as required commensurate with the position.
