Our Rolex Boutique is seeking a dedicated and polished Boutique Host to act as the first ambassador of our brand, ensuring every client’s experience begins and ends with exceptional service.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Boutique Host is the crucial first point of contact for our clients, responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless luxury experience. This role focuses on managing the client journey from arrival to departure, providing critical support to the sales team, and maintaining the smooth operation of the boutique’s entrance and reception areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with appointment booking systems and retail computer programs.
  • The ability to work with a diverse client base with tact and discretion.
  • A second language is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a proactive and warm welcome upon their arrival.
  • Manage client flow by professionally controlling the queue at the entrance, acknowledging each client’s needs, and managing potential wait times with diplomacy.
  • Identify the client’s reason for visiting to direct them to the appropriate sales consultant or team member for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Provide top-quality customer service by anticipating client needs, offering refreshments, and creating an elevated luxury environment that exceeds expectations.
  • Be responsible for arranging, confirming, and coordinating all in-store and online appointments.
  • Work alongside the sales team by providing timely assistance, managing client logistics, and ensuring consultants can focus on deep client engagement.
  • Be respectful and courteous to co-workers, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment.
  • Develop all necessary skills, including brand knowledge, boutique services, and daily store operations, to answer initial client inquiries knowledgeably.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by boutique management.
