People • Customers • Trust RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that the product is moved from the truck to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain and perform daily safety inspections of the clamp truck and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform lockout/tag out procedures on trailers. Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times. Pick and stage orders and load and unload trucks, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or GED. 6+ month’s prior experience operating a Roll Clamp or Forklift. Successful candidate must be willing to work EVERY shift. Certified industrial driver or ability to get certified in a timely manner. Ability to safely operate a propane powered forklift. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Starting salary for position: $24.29-$26.54 per hour. Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics. Paid Vacation: 1 week per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays. Responsibilities

The primary duties involve safely and efficiently moving product from trucks to the staging area using a clamp truck, while also performing daily safety inspections and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities also include executing lockout/tag out procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, and accurately picking, staging, loading, and unloading orders while preserving inventory integrity.
