POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re on the hunt for three skilled and reliable Roll-Off Truck Drivers with proven roll-off experience and a valid DZ/AZ license. This front-line position plays a key role in our daily operations across the Ottawa region, helping deliver, swap, and empty bins safely, efficiently, and professionally.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE, WITH DIRECT ROLL-OFF TRUCK EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)

• Clean driver’s abstract and solid safety record
• Strong knowledge of MTO compliance, CVOR, load securement, and daily inspections
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined with a keen eye for vehicle performance
• Reliable transportation to our yard (not accessible by public transit)
• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Conduct full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and operations staff
• Represent CFT Recycling with professionalism and respect on every job site
• Keep your truck clean, roadworthy, and safe at all times
• Use sound judgment to spot and report maintenance issues early
• Follow all MTO regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols
